Painter. Tile Maker.

Living in the mountains of Colorado is so inspiring! Sometimes I paint on location but usually I'm in my studio. I spend my days moving between clay, paint and pastel, realism and abstract. I use stoneware and porcelain clay to make sculpted decorative tile. My abstract paintings are created with oil, cold wax, pencil, charcoal, pigment, and anything else I happen to pick up. My pastels are chalk. I enjoy the diversity of working in different mediums, I find it keeps me fresh.
